Who this notice covers
This notice explains how PRTKL handles personal information collected through prtkl.co and prtkl.ai and related enquiries. PRTKL is responsible for deciding how this information is used. Information we receive
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, work email address, company, selected service and any message you choose to provide, together with the submission time. We also receive information you send by email and in subsequent correspondence. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the website. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data or confidential information through the enquiry form.
Why we use information
We use enquiry details to respond, understand your needs and discuss potential work. Where applicable, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing business relationships. We use technical information for our legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure website and preventing abuse. We may also retain or disclose information when needed to meet a legal obligation. If a use requires consent, we will ask separately; submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Who receives information
Information is available to the PRTKL team members who need it to handle your request and to service providers supporting our operations. The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are routed through our configured email delivery and internal notification services, which may include Resend and a team messaging or automation provider, and our email provider. We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Fonts, cookies and browser storage
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request those fonts, which exposes technical request information, including your IP address, to Google. The website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies, use advertising trackers, or store enquiry details in browser storage. Infrastructure providers may process technical data necessary to deliver and secure their services. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy and cookie practices.
International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own.
